What separates this tour from other college tours?
The BE Project tours are structured to provide an organized and memorable trip at affordable prices. Our terms offer a college preparatory atmosphere for our students to explore and understand travel etiquette, self-responsibility, and money management. Lastly, but most importantly, our tours are staffed with experienced chaperones solely dedicated to chaperoning the students and providing a college preparatory experience.
Are there any guarantees of college entry?
The BE Project makes no guarantees regarding any college or university's admission or scholarship decision. However, the tour will allow students to introduce themselves to university officials personally. We ask all Seniors to travel prepared with a Portfolio (including a Transcript, ACT/SAT Test Scores, 3 Letters of Recommendation, a Resume, and a Sample Essay) for potential interviews with University Representatives.
Who can attend the tour?
High school students (Grades 9-12).
How many students may attend a tour?
No more than a maximum of thirty (30) students and a minimum of ten (10) students per tour.
How much spending money will students need on tour?
Students are encouraged to bring a minimum of $150 to cover food and incidentals.
Can students visit family and friends during the tour?
Students are not permitted to leave the tour for any reason, including visiting family and friends.
What is the student to Chaperone ratio?
Student/Chaperone ratio is 1: 4.
